摘要:

聚焦化工管道设计及材料等级选用研究,旨在提升生产效率、降低事故风险、保障生产稳定与安全。首先,结合工艺要求和环境条件分析了化工管道设计的基本原则、流程及关键要素,明确合理设计思路。其次,研究材料等级选用策略,评估不同材料的物理、化学性能对管道的影响,并提出工况适配的材料选择建议。研究结果为相关工作人员提供了科学、实用的参考依据。

Abstract:

 This research focuses on chemical pipeline design and material grade selection, aiming to enhance production efficiency, reduce accident risks, and ensure operational stability and safety. Firstly, the basic principles, processes, and key elements of chemical pipeline design were analyzed based on process requirements and environmental conditions, with discussions on achieving rational design. Secondly, material grade selection strategies were investigated by evaluating the impacts of physical and chemical properties of different materials on pipeline performance, along with practical recommendations for material selection adapted to specific working conditions. The findings provide scientific and practical references for industry professionals.
