摘要: 采用CFDComputational Fluid Dynamics)方法,对4种结构造粒塔内的气固两相流场进行了数值研究,针对原始结构与3种放大结构的流场分布、颗粒相体积分率分布等进行了对比分析,确定了性能较优的放大结构,得出了双酚A进口节圆直径、氮气出口管插入长度对颗粒分布均匀性的影响,为造粒塔的工程放大设计提供参考。

Abstract:  In this paper, the CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) method is used to simulate the gas-solid two-phase flow in four types of prill towers with different structures. The flow field distribution and particle phase volume fraction distribution of the original structure are compared with those of the three amplified structures. The amplified structure with better performance is determined, and the effects of the inlet pitch diameter of bisphenol A and the insertion length of nitrogen outlet pipe on the uniformity of particle distribution are obtained, which provides reference for the engineering scale-up design of prill tower.
