摘要: 在双酚A生产过程中,双酚A与苯酚的结晶物流经的设备以及管道上会有结晶物附着,造成设备及管道堵塞,影响产品质量和装置的连续稳定性运行,文中针对日常操作中遇到的加合结晶器出口压力偏高的情况进行了分析,对双酚A-苯酚结晶物在管道内的沉降做了计算,并根据计算结果,优化日常操作,确保了装置连续长周期平稳运行。

Abstract: During the production of bisphenol A, the crystals of bisphenol A and phenol may adhere to equipment and pipelines, causing blockage and affecting product quality and the continuous and stable operation of unit. This article analyzes the situation of high outlet pressure of adduction crystallizer encountered in daily operation, calculates the settlement of bisphenol A-phenol crystals in pipelines, and optimizes the daily operation based on the calculation results to ensure the continuous, long-term and stable operation of the unit.
