摘要: 烷基铝被广泛应用于生产聚乙烯的装置中。文章通过国内外多套气相法聚乙烯生产装置的工程设计,并结合烷基铝介质的化学特性和行业规范,介绍了的烷基铝配制区的设备布置及管道布置的设计方案。这种设计方案延用至今,并在多套气相法聚乙烯装置中运行,证明了此种烷基铝配制区的设备布置及管道布置的设计方案是可行的、合理的。

Abstract: Alkyl aluminum is widely used in plants that produce polyethylene. This article introduces the equipment layout and piping layout design scheme for alkyl aluminum preparation area through the engineering design of multiple gas-phase polyethylene plants at home and abroad and based on the chemical characteristics of alkyl aluminum medium and the industry standards. This design scheme is still used today and has been applied in multiple gas-phase polyethylene plants, indicating that this equipment layout and piping layout design scheme for alkyl aluminum preparation area is feasible and reasonable.
