摘要: 转子振动问题是制约离心式空压机长周期安全可靠运行的重要因素之一。对离心式空压机低速转子振动值偏高的原因进行了分析,提出了低速转子振动值偏高的处理对策,通过更换进气过滤室,清洗离心式空压机一级、二级叶轮及其蜗壳等检修措施,达到降低离心式空压机低速转子振动的目的,检修实施后取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:  Rotor vibration is one of the important factors that restrict the safe and reliable operation of centrifugal air compressors. In this paper, the causes of the high vibration of low speed rotors in centrifugal air compressors are analyzed and some countermeasures for the high vibration of low speed rotors are put forward. By taking maintenance measures such as replacing the inlet filter chamber and cleaning the primary and secondary impeller and the spiral case in centrifugal air compressors, the vibration of low speed rotors in centrifugal air compressors has been reduced, and good results have been achieved after the maintenance.
