摘要:

某公司受外购石脑油影响,芳构化装置加工量一直处于较低负荷运行。为保证装置安全、高效运行,同时提高公司的经济效益,计划在汽油加氢脱硫装置稳定塔后路增设一套切割系统,将稳定塔底重汽油切割出中间组分送至芳构化装置。本文重点叙述新增分馏塔投用后的标定数据分析及投用后的运行总结。

Abstract:

Due to the influence of purchased naphtha, the aromatization unit of a company has been operated at a low load. In order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the unit and improve the economic benefit of the company, a cutting system is to be installed downstream the stabilizer of gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit to cut the intermediate components of heavy gasoline at the bottom of stabilizer and sent them to the aromatization unit. This article focuses on the calibration data analysis and operation summary of the new fractionation column after it is put into use.
