摘要: S Zorb装置中的特殊阀门开关频次高、输送介质特殊、工作温度压力变化大,故多采用进口阀门,但在长周期运行过程中不可避免地会出现故障,如阀门内漏、卡涩、开关超时等。针对某公司S Zorb装置中3种特殊阀门使用过程中出现的故障原因进行分析,立足于故障的相同性,参考了其他厂家阀门故障的特殊性,提出了优化措施和建议,能有效减少阀门故障,保证设备的安全平衡和长周期运行

Abstract: The special valves in S Zorb unit have high switching frequency, special transmission medium and great change in working temperature and pressure, so imported valves are mostly used. However, faults such as internal leakage, jamming and over long switching time are inevitable during the long-term operation of valves. This paper analyzes the reasons for the faults of three special valves in the S Zorb unit of a company. Based on the similarity of the faults and referring to the particularity of the faults of valves from other manufacturers, some optimization measures and suggestions are put forward, which can effectively ensure the safe balance and long-term operation of the equipment.
