摘要: 进展检测是项目进度控制工作的重要组成部分,进展检测的全面性、准确性、及时性直接关系到项目承包商对项目状态的掌握。由于项目特性不同,适用的进展检测方式也不相同。本文将论述在海外项目得到广泛应用的基于文件交付状态的设计进展检测方法的建立、应用以及此种检测方法的优点和缺点

Abstract: Progress measurement is an important part of project control, and its comprehensiveness, accuracy and timeliness are directly related to the contractor’s mastery of project status. Due to the different characteristics of projects, the applicable progress measurement methods are different. This paper discusses the establishment, application, advantages and disadvantages of design progress measurement method based on document delivery status, which is widely used in overseas projects
