摘要: 从储罐设计、安全附件、控制系统、三废处理等方面论述了甲基丙烯酸甲酯罐区的设计要点。详细论述了维持储罐压力稳定的三级压力保护措施,即氮封系统、呼吸阀、紧急放空人孔盖;介绍了罐区内废水、废气密闭排放系统的设置方式;针对MMA介质易聚合的特性,介绍了相关应对措施,如不采用内浮顶、需控制储罐储存温度等;保证了罐区能长周期安全运行,并满足了最新的环保要求

Abstract: This paper discusses the key points in the engineering design of methyl methacrylate tank farm from the aspects of tank design, safety accessories, control system and the treatment of waste gas, waste water and waste solids. The three-level pressure protection measures including nitrogen seal system, breathing valve and emergency vent manhole for maintaining the stable pressure in storage tank are discussed in detail, the setup of closed discharge system for waste water and waste gas in tank farm is introduced, and some corresponding countermeasures are introduced for the polymerization of MMA, such as not using inner floating roof and controlling the storage temperature in tank, so as to ensure the long-term and safe operation of the tank farm and meet the latest environmental protection requirements
