摘要: CFG桩又称为水泥粉煤灰碎石桩,它以水泥(Cement)、粉煤灰(Fly ash)和碎石(Graval)等材料按比例拌和灌筑而成。粉煤灰是工业废弃物,作为主材料形成复合地基,不仅符合我国节能减排绿色发展的政策要求,而且具有良好的性能,处理软土地基的加固效果明显,因此工程中得到了广泛应用。本文工程为某装置中的620000重油储罐,采用CFG桩复合地基,项目运行多年效果良好

Abstract:  CFG piles, also known as cement fly-ash gravel piles, are made of cement, fly ash and gravel in proportion. Using fly ash, an industrial waste, as the main material to reinforce soft soil foundation not only meets the policy requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction in China, but also has good performance. It has been widely used for treating soft soil base. The project in this paper involves 6 heavy oil storage tanks with a capacity of 20,000 m3 each. CFG piles are used to reinforce the foundation soil, and the project has been operated for many years.
