蒸汽管道保温技术优化研究

摘要: 针对目前石油化工企业蒸汽管道散热损失较大的现状,从蒸汽管道保温层材料、结构的选择以及经济厚度算法进行研究,设计了五种不同保温结构的试验方案,在中石化某企业一段中压蒸汽管道上进行了工业试验。相比改造前的保温结构,采用经济厚度、双层异材和复合保温,减小了材料的散热损失;气凝胶毡保温结构可有效地减少保温层厚度,提高管道的排布效率。该研究对石化行业蒸汽管道保温有很好的指导意义

Abstract: The heat loss of steam pipelines in petrochemical enterprises is tremendous. Five experiment schemes with different thermal insulation structures were proposed based on the selection of thermal insulation material and structure and the calculation of economic thermal insulation thickness. The industrial experiment was carried out on the medium pressure steam pipeline in a branch of Sinopec. The results showed that the economic thermal insulation thickness, double-layer thermal insulation structure and composite thermal insulation structure can reduce the heat loss compared to the former insulation structure. The aerogel blankets can effectively reduce the thickness of insulation layer and improve the efficiency of pipeline arrangement. This research provides guidance for the thermal insulation of steam pipelines in petrochemical industry
