球筒进出站管道无锚固墩设置的优化设计安装方案探讨

Optimized Installation Method for Inlet and Outlet Lines in Pigging Stations without Anchor Block

摘要: 为降低非洲市场石油地面工程项目建设成本,提出一个在不设置锚固墩的情况下可保证球筒进出站管道安全运行的方案。以乍得某项目为实例,利用CAESAR II软件建立模型进行应力分析,综合考虑ASME设计标准和管道系统受力;通过对比分析传统锚固墩安装方式、柔性安装方式和带地脚螺栓的柔性安装方式,优化设计方案;带地脚螺栓的柔性安装方式模型分析更加准确,通过无锚固墩的方式设置进出站管线上的大曲率半径弯头,来吸收埋地管道大部分热涨应力,降低球筒受到的水平推力,减少了投资,保证了管道的安全运行

Abstract: In order to reduce the construction cost of oilfield projects in the African market, a scheme is proposed to guarantee the safe operation of the inlet and outlet lines in pigging stations without anchor block. This paper takes a project in Chad as an example, establishes a model for stress analysis by CAESAR II software with the overall consideration of the ASME design standards and the external forces of piping system. The design scheme is optimized by comparing and analyzing the traditional anchor block installation method, the flexible installation method and the flexible installation method with foundation bolts. The model analysis of flexible installation method with foundation bolts is more accurate. Elbows with large radius of curvature on the inlet and outlet lines in pigging stations are set up using the method without anchor block to absorb most of the thermal expansion stress of buried piping, reduce the horizontal thrust on the pig launcher, reduce the investment and ensure the safe operation of the pipelines
