Dynamic Simulation of Sequential Control for Blowcase System in Gas Phase Polypropylene Production Process

摘要:

采用Aspen HYSYS 软件,对气相法聚丙烯生产工艺中多个反应器间粉料输送-单体隔离系统的顺序控制开展动态模拟。借助模拟采用的压力-流量求解器、事件调度工具和控制管理器,获取气锁系统中袋滤器料位和出料流量随时间变化的曲线图,为气锁系统设计开发提供参考。

Abstract:

Aspen HYSYS was used for dynamic simulation of powder conveying system among multiple reactors in gas phase polypropylene production process. The pressure-flow solver, event scheduling tool and control manager used in the simulation are described. The curves of powder flow and powder level changing with time are obtained. It provides a reference for the design of blowcase system.
