摘要:

对某炼厂蜡油加氢裂化装置生产5号工业白油进行可行性分析,通过Aspen Plus进行流程模拟,在不进行装置改造的情况下,仅调整分馏系统操作参数,可使柴油产品的运动黏度、闪点得到优化,产品性质满足5号工业白油(Ⅰ类)的标准。进一步提高了装置经济效益,拓宽炼厂产品结构,提高了炼厂综合竞争力。

Abstract:

The feasibility of producing 5# industrial white oil in a VGO hydrocracking unit was analyzed. The process was simulated by Aspen Plus. The viscosity and flash point of diesel product could be optimized by adjusting the operating parameters of the fractionation system without modifying the reaction section, and the product properties could meet the standard of 5# industrial white oil (I). It further improved the economic benefit of the unit, widened the range of product and improved the comprehensive competitiveness of the refinery.
