摘要: 原设计轻烃回收装置丙烷制冷系统放空气通过放空火炬系统进行放空燃烧,造成了大量的资源浪费和环境污染。分析丙烷制冷系统放空气放空原因,提出对丙烷放空气的气相丙烷和液相丙烷分别回收利用的工艺方案,成功实现丙烷放空气回收利用,节约资源,减少环境污染

Abstract: The vent gas from propane refrigeration system of light ends recovery unit was designed to be burned via the flare system, resulting in serious waste of resources and environmental pollution. The causes of the venting of the vent gas from propane refrigeration system are analyzed, and a process scheme for separately recycling the gas-phase propane and liquid-phase propane from the vent gas is proposed, so as to successfully achieve the recovery of vent gas from propane refrigeration system, save resources and reduce environmental pollution
