超低排放新型塔内件在重油催化裂化烟气达标处理中的应用

摘要: 某FCC催化裂化装置建设年限早,未设置配套烟气处理环保设施,催化烟气SO2排放浓度和颗粒物排放浓度远超出规范要求,导致装置停工闲置。为确保达标排放,帮助装置复产,通过采用超低排放新型塔内件,保证烟气达标排放,激发装置活力。在塔内件压降负荷满足生产要求时,烟气排放指标远低于当地环保要求,烟囱无飘雨落雨现象,应用效果良好

Abstract: A FCC unit had been operated for a long time without supporting flue gas treatment facilities. The emission concentrations of SO2 and particles from FCC flue gas far exceeded the requirements of specification, resulting in the shutdown of the FCC unit. In order to resume the operation of the unit, new tower internals with ultra-low emission were adopted to ensure that the flue gas is discharged up to the standard. When the pressure drop load of tower internals met the production requirements, the flue gas emission index was far lower than the local environmental protection requirements, and there was no drifting rain or falling rain on the chimney. Good application effect has been achieved.
