摘要: 与早期LNG接收站建设相比,近年来接收站在新建、改扩建过程中,越来越多的受到周边设施、相邻企业的各种限制,造成工厂总平面设计受限的状况不断出现。有的接收站还因此在设计途中发生大的平面变更,给各个专业乃至工程总体进度带来不利影响。通过对LNG接收站危险源和主要生产装置的分析,识别影响LNG接收站的外部主要影响因素以及对应的防火间距,结合某LNG接收站总平面设计工作经验,提出了开展设计的几个关键要点和注意事项

Abstract: Compared with the construction of early LNG terminals, in recent years, the construction and expansion of LNG terminals has been more and more restricted by the surrounding facilities and neighboring enterprises, resulting in the continuous occurrence of limited general layout design of the plant. Some terminals have undergone major plane changes during the design, which has brought adverse effects on various disciplines and even the overall progress of the project. Through the analysis of the hazard sources and main production units of LNG terminal, this paper identifies the main external factors affecting the LNG terminal and the corresponding fire separation distance, and puts forward several key points and precautions for the design in combination with the experience in the general layout design of a LNG terminal.
