摘要: 针对某地区新建的芳烃联合装置中,低压饱和蒸汽过剩的情况,采用蒸汽压缩机升压解决了低压蒸汽不好利用的问题。通过对比低压蒸汽发电、制冷、热泵和压缩升压这几种方法的特点,选取了蒸汽压缩技术来回收利用低压蒸汽,这一技术经济效益良好,项目回收期短,未来有望进一步推广。这一方法也为炼化企业蒸汽平衡优化、节能降耗提供了一种新的思考。

Abstract:
In view of the surplus low-pressure saturated steam in a newly-built aromatics complex, a steam compressor is used to solve the problem of poor utilization of low-pressure steam. By comparing the characteristics of low-pressure steam power generation, refrigeration, heat pump and compression, the steam compression technology is selected to recycle the low-pressure steam. With good economic benefits and short payback period, this technology is expected to be further promoted in the future. It also provides a new way of thinking for the steam balance optimization, energy saving and consumption reduction of refining and petrochemical enterprises.
