摘要: B型套筒修复是长输油气管道常用修复方式,采用传统B型套筒人工焊接存在劳动强度大、焊接难度高和效率低等问题。提出了一种基于激光跟踪系统的B型套筒自动焊接装置,其借助激光视觉传感技术,用激光视觉传感器采集焊接过程图像信息,提取焊缝位置参数,跟踪控制焊接过程,从而实现B型套筒的自动焊接。通过焊接测试并与手工焊接进行对比表明:采用B型套筒自动焊接装置具有焊接效率高、焊道质量可靠、外观成型好等优点

Abstract: B-type sleeve repair is a common repair method for long-distance oil and gas pipelines. Traditional B-type sleeve manual welding has many problems such as high labor intensity, high welding difficulty and low efficiency. This paper proposes a B-type sleeve automatic welding device based on laser tracking system. With the help of laser vision sensing technology, the automatic welding device uses laser vision sensor to collect the image information of welding process, extract weld position parameters, and track and control the welding process, so as to realize the automatic welding of B-Type sleeve. The welding test and the comparison with manual welding show that the B-type sleeve automatic welding device has the advantages of high welding efficiency, reliable weld bead quality and good appearance forming.
