 管法兰安装承载能力的一种分析方法

 An Analysis Method for Loaded Capacity of Pipe Flange Assembly

摘要:  控制螺栓的安装载荷,确定最大的螺栓安装力是当下解决法兰接头泄漏的有效措施。结合WRC Bulletin 538公报的内容,阐述了法兰安装状态下的一种评估方法,确定法兰的承载极限。通过实例计算,证实标准管法兰是有一定承载裕量的,为确定最大螺栓安装应力,保证法兰接头整体密封性提供重要依据。

Abstract:  Controlling the assembly bolt load and determining the maximum bolt seating stress is an effective solution to the flange joint leakage. Based on the WRC Bulletin 538, this paper introduces an evaluation method of the flange assembly, so as to determine the flange loaded capacity. Through examples, it is verified that the standard pipe flange has some loaded capacity allowance, which provides a vital basis for determining the maximum bolt seating stress and ensuring the overall tightness of the flange joint.
