摘要: 炼化企业保温管道数量巨大、种类繁多、管理难度大、效率低。通过开发管道保温分级管理系统,实现管道保温数据查询、分级管理评价、能耗管理、在线运行状况监测等功能,为技术人员和管理人员提供辅助决策支持,筛选出急需改造的管道,高效利用改造资金。应用该系统筛选出某石化炼油部16条根急需改造的蒸汽管道,对其改造后,节能效果显著。该系统可以实现企业对管道保温状况全方位监控和管理,提高管道保温的管理水平,在节能、环保、安全等方面具有显著的经济、社会效益

Abstract: Refining and petrochemical enterprises have a huge number and variety of thermal insulation pipelines. Therefore, the management is difficult and inefficient. Through the development of hierarchical management system for pipeline insulation, the functions of pipeline insulation data query, hierarchical management and evaluation, energy consumption management and online operation status monitoring are realized. The system can provide auxiliary decision support for technicians and managers, screen the pipelines in urgent need of transformation, and make efficient use of transformation funds. The system was applied to screen 16 steam pipelines in a refinery, which were in urgent need of transformation. After the transformation, the energy-saving effect was remarkable. The system can achieve the all-round monitoring and management of pipeline insulation conditions, improve the management level of pipeline insulation, and achieve significant economic and social benefits in the aspects of energy-saving, environmental protection and safety.
